RAMSEY PRAISED FOR ATALANTA PERFORMANCE

Juventus manager Maximiliano Allegri has praised midfielder Aaron Ramsey following his performance during the friendly game with Atalanta at the weekend. Allegri gave Aaron Ramsey a positive appraisal after his impressive outing for the Old Lady at the expense of Atalanta.

Allegri talked about Welsh international Ramsey and his outstanding contribution to the aforementioned friendly encounter in a chat with reporters shortly after the match. According to him, Aaron Ramsey played a good game and that he has a future in front of the defence.

Ramsey played in front of the defence during the Atalanta game and Allegri was impressed with his performance as Juventus beat their Serie A rivals 3-1 in what's the final game of preseason for the Old Lady this summer.
Italian tactician Allegri is back in the Juventus dugout this summer following his appointment. He was named as the replacement forAndrea Pirlo who was sacked at the end of last season.

Welshman Aaron Ramsey would be hoping to maintain his good form for Juventus when the new Italian Serie A season starts later this week. Ramsey is about to start his third season at Juventus following his free transfer move from Arsenal in 2019.

Ramsey struggled for form and fitness in his first two seasons in Turin and has even been linked with a move back to the Premier League this week. He has been touted as a possible transfer addition for English top flight teams like Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.

Ex-Cardiff City and Arsenal midfielder Ramsey was one of the best players for Wales at the Euro 2020 tournament. The midfielder scored in the second Group A clash with Turkey at the tournament. The Juventus player could not prevent Wales from being eliminated by Denmark in the round of the 16 via a 4-0 defeat.
