Aaron Ramsey says that he is clear with the requirements

Aaron Ramsey says that he is clear with the requirements for the upcoming game against Olympiakos.

This is a must win match for Arsenal if they are to reach the knockout stages of the Champions League. The gunners will count themselves lucky to be in with a position to qualify for the next round after having opened the group stages with two consecutive defeats. Results going the way of Arsenal in the previous round is responsible for Arsene Wenger and his team still remaining confident about progressing. The situation is clear for Arsenal, as they have to win the upcoming game by three more goals to progress.

It will be a tough task, but Ramsey says that it brings clarity to the situation. Arsenal will not be going into the game with any kind of defensive attitude unlike Olympiakos, who do have a Catch-22 situation on their hands. They could either attack Arsenal in the hope of scoring a goal, but they are expected to go down the defensive route and try and hold the advantage. Ramsey may not have hit the heights of his previous campaigns after having scored only two goals in 11 Premier League games so far, but he remains as one of the goal threats for Arsenal.

Ramsey is yet to open his Champions League account this season. "It was never going to be easy after the start we had in Europe but we have done well to come back into the position that we find ourselves in and it is in our hands – we know what we have to do. We have been here a few times before. It is really difficult, we have come up short a lot of the times in Europe. But we know what we have to do and we believe we have enough quality to create the opportunities and score,” said Ramsey.
