RAMSEY UPSET AT FORM

The Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has said that he cannot wait for the club to overturn the bad run of form that they have been experiencing in the last few weeks. The Wales midfielder has been one of the regular first-team players for Arsenal this season. Even though they began the season in an extremely promising fashion, Arsenal have slipped behind their title rivals and also beyond the teams competing for the Champions League position. There are currently on the seventh place after having recently managed only defeat at the hands of Manchester United.

Even though the team is scoring goals in good numbers to be able to win matches, Arsenal have simply not been able to match their competitors in terms of defensive ability. They conceded very little amount of goals during the start of the season, but the defence has been very leaky in recent weeks. Aaron Ramsey has said that he cannot wait for the club to return to winning ways once again. The return of the creative midfielder Jack Wilshere is expected to aid Arsenal in this respect. Arsene Wenger has been without the star midfielder for the last 12 months, and he is expected to be back soon.

"When you have an upset you want to get back out there as quickly as possible to put things right. We know we weren't good enough on the day to win the [Norwich] game. We had been doing really well this season and in each game we felt like we were growing with confidence, so that was definitely an upset. Hopefully we can turn things around as quickly as possible. That is what we hope to do against Schalke, and it will put us in a really strong position in this group," said Aaron Ramsey ahead of the Champions League encounter with Schalke.
